Movies or TV shows that won't start in TiviMate (playback error / black screen)
⚠️ Series or movie not starting in TiviMate (Black screen / Loading infinite / Playback error)
If a movie or series won't play, has infinite loading, or displays an error Reading error, follow the steps below in order.

🎥 Step 1 - Changing the video decoder
- Go to Settings
- Open Player (Playback)
- Change the option Decoder :
- Auto → Hardware → Software (test all three)
Some Android boxes play content better in hardware, others in software. Test the three modes until the movie or episode starts.

🔄 Step 2 - Add your account again (Bypass server)
⚠️ If you have NOT installed the TiviMate provided on our site, ignore this step and proceed directly to the next step.
- Open TiviMate
- Go to Settings
- Open Playlists
- Delete your current account
- Add your account again
- When adding, select one of the Bypass servers available
Bypass servers bypass certain network limitations that can prevent films and series from starting up.

🛡️ Step 3 — Activate ZenithTV VPN
Depending on your region or Internet provider, certain content may be blocked or traffic may be limited. In this case, install ZenithVPN on the same device where TiviMate is installed.

🔁 Step 4 — Get an alternative portal URL
