🕒 Correct a time-shifted TV guide (EPG) on Formuler (adjust time shift)

If the TV guide (EPG) times are out of sync with the correct time, you can correct this by changing the EPG mode and adjusting the EPG offset (offset) from the parameters.

📍 Steps to adjust EPG offset

• MYTVOnline 2 : Menu > Connections > Select your portal > Modify
• Scroll to the bottom
• Change the EPG mode (try UTC if you're in Normal mode, or vice versa)
• Then set the EPG offset (EPG Offset)
• Press Update (UPDATE)

🇨🇦 Recommendation for Canada

If you are located in Canada, try the following offset values first:

• +6, +5, +4 (tests recommended first)
• -6, -5, -4 (in case of reverse offset)

Test each value until the schedules match the reality in your TV guide.
