Fix a TV guide (EPG) that doesn't load on Formulate.
đş Formulate: The TV guide (EPG) does not load
If the time guide does not display or remains empty in your MYTVOnline 2 or 3 application on Formulate, here are several simple steps to resolve the problem:
â
â Step 1: Restart your box
Switch off your device completely, then switch it on again after a few seconds.
â
â Step 2: Disconnect and reconnect
Unplug the power cable from your Formuler box for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
â
â Step 3: Reload the EPG manually (MYTVOnline 3)
In the MYTVOnline 3 application:
- Go to Menu > Parameters > EPG (Settings > EPG)
- Press Reload EPG (Reload EPG)
đĄ If this option cannot be found or does not work :
- In MYTVOnline 3 : Content Manager > Data Sync > EPG Data
- Select : Update EPG, Clear EPG or Clear and Update EPG
- đĄ To automate : Content Manager > Data Sync > Auto Update Settings > activate Schedule Refresh
â
đ Step 3 (MyTV Online 2): Check the EPG on MYTVOnline 2
If you are using MYTVOnline 2, here are the official steps:
- Open MYTVOnline 2
- Menu > Connections
- Select your portal > Edit
- Go down to EPG Mode
- Select UTC (recommended by Formuler)
- Press UPDATE
đĄ MYTVOnline 2 does not offer a âReload EPGâ button. Setting the EPG Mode is the major step in correcting an empty guide.
â
â Step 4: Modify update interval
In the EPG settings, adjust the frequency :
- Change 12h â 24h
This may trigger a complete update of the guide.
â
𧚠Step 5: Cleaning (last resort before reinstallation)
If the EPG still does not update, proceed with system cleaning:
- Android settings > Applications
- Choose MYTVOnline 2 or MYTVOnline 3
- Click on Clear cache
- Restart the box
đĄ This step corrects cases where the EPG is corrupted or blocked.
â
đ Step 6 (Last resort): Delete and restore your account/playlist
If none of the above steps worked :
- Go to Menu > Connections
- Delete your current portal / playlist / user
- Restart the box
- Add your login details (MAC / XC / M3U)
đĄ This forces the box to completely re-download EPG data from scratch (MYTVOnline 2 and MYTVOnline 3).
â
đ Still no guide?
If the problem persists :
- Check that your subscription is active
- Test your Internet connection
- Restart your modem/router
