🔁 How to change the portal URL on MYTVOnline (Formulate)

Here's how to change the portal URL in the MYTVOnline application on Formuler boxes (all models).

This guide is to be used only when customer support asks you to change the portal URL.

🔁 Steps to follow :

1. Open the MYTVOnline on your Formuler box.
2. Access the portals / connections management according to your version :
   • MYTVOnline 1 : Menu > Portals
   • MYTVOnline 2 : Menu > Connections
   • MYTVOnline 3 Menu > Content Manager > Content Sources
3. Select the existing portal you're currently using (e.g. ZenithTV).
4. Click on Modifier / Edit.
5. Edit only the following field:
   • Portal URL replace the old URL with the new one provided by support
6. Do not modify user name and password (unless otherwise indicated on the support).
7. Click on Register or Connection.
8. The application will reconnect and automatically reload channels, movies, series and the TV guide.

• Copy the URL exactly as supplied (without spaces)
• Make sure your subscription is active
• Check your Internet connection

If the service does not load, restart the box and then restart MYTVOnline.
