📆 Program a TV recording in advance (Formuler devices)

To program a recording, you need to connect a USB device (memory stick, external hard drive, etc.) to your Formulator to store the recordings.

▶️ Steps for scheduling a recording via the TV guide (EPG)

1. Insert a USB device correctly formatted in your Formulate
2. Open the TV guide (EPG) by pressing the EPG/Guide remote control
3. (or) Press INFO then on the right to display the EPG guide for a single channel
4. Navigate to the future program you wish to record
5. Press OK or on the REC (●) remote control
6. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to adjust start/end times, duration and frequency.

🗓️ Manage your programming

• Go to Menu > Schedule in MYTVOnline2 or MYTVOnline3 to view, modify or delete your upcoming recordings.

🕒 Add overtime

• You can add a buffer time before/after the programmed program:
  Menu > Settings > DVR > Additional time

📅 Programming a recording without EPG info

1. Insert a USB key
2. Open the TV guide with the EPG
3. Position the cursor at approximately the desired time
4. Press OK or REC
5. In the window, set the start and end times manually, then press Register

💡 Good to know: When programming a recording, it is not necessary to leave the device switched on. The box will automatically exit standby mode to record, then return to its previous state.
