đť No sound on a movie, series or channel in the ZenithTV application (Windows / Mac)? Here's what to do
â ď¸ This guide is for users of the ZenithTV app on Windows computer or Mac.

đĽ Step 1: Change video player to Default
From the application, click on the profile button at the top right, then go to Parameters.
Then enter Change video player.
Select the section where the sound does not work:
- đş Live TV
- đŹ Films
- đ Series
In the relevant section, set the player to Default.
đ Si Video JS is checked, select Default, then restart playback.

đ Step 2: Check system volume and audio output
Make sure that the sound is not muted on your computer and that the good audio output is selected (speakers / headphones / HDMI).

đ Step 3: Close and relaunch the application
Close the application completely ZenithTV then relaunch it, and retest the contents.

đ Step 4: Contact our support team
If the problem persists on a specific content only, please contact our support team and indicate the name of the channel/movie/series concerned. Our team will help you quickly.
