Login Issues on MYTVOnline (Submit a Request) — Here's What to Do

🌐 Connection problems with your ZenithTV service on Formuler / MYTVOnline? Follow these steps

This guide is designed to help you troubleshoot connection issues with the enclosures. Formuler with the application MYTVOnline Cutting out, black screens, infinite loading, blocked channels, or connection difficulties.

🧩 Step 1: Restart the application

Completely close MYTVOnline and reopen it. Do not leave it running in the background.

🔌 Step 2: Restart your Formuler box

Unplug your Formuler box, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This resolves many temporary freezes.

🚀 Step 3: Check your Internet connection

Ensure your set-top box is properly connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Perform a speed test (e.g. : speedtest.net)
👉 A minimum of 30 Mbps is recommended for smooth reading.

⏳ Step 4: Check if your subscription is active

  • Check your subscription's expiration date in your customer account or by email
  • If your subscription has expired, renew it from your client area at zenithtv.net

🌐 Step 5: Check service status

It's possible that a server is temporarily down for maintenance or blocked by some internet providers.
