If you are unable to access your customer account on our site, follow these steps to restore access:

1️⃣ Reset your password

Go to the following page to reset your password:

Enter the e-mail address used for your purchase.

2️⃣ No email received? Try another address

If no reset e-mail is received, check your spam folder and try with the e-mail addresses you may have used to place orders (personal, professional, secondary, etc.).

3️⃣ Still blocked?

If you are still unable to connect :

Once your new account has been created, you can request to link your previous orders by writing to us.

💡 Tip: Always use a valid e-mail address to which you have access, as all accesses, invoices and renewals are sent there.
