⚠️ Missing Subtitles or Audio Language (Series / Movies)
It may happen that the subtitles or audio language you are looking for are not displayed or available for specific content. Please note that We do not guarantee that all content has subtitles or all audio tracks.

⚙️ Step 1 — Change the internal video player
- Go to Settings
- Open Reader Selection
- Select the relevant content type (Movies or Series)
- Change the player Built-in player (hardware/software decoder) and put Native player instead
- Click back to go back, then restart your content.
If no new options appear after this operation, it often indicates that no subtitles or other audio tracks are included for this file.

🔍 Step 2 — Search for a different version of the content
Sometimes, content is available elsewhere in the service in other languages (in different folders).
- Use the app's search function
- Type the name of your series or movie (e.g., The Boys)
- Check language prefixes in the results found
For example, a series may be available in French as EN – The Boys and in an English-language version under The Boys. Feel free to search to find the version that suits you.
