Refund policy

Full refund — within 30 days
You can get a full refund of your purchase if the request is made within 30 days following the order date, for any reason, including:

Prerequisite

After 30 days

Exclusions

Service delivery

Consequences of abusive challenge

The system automatically adjusts the price based on the current number of connections and your subscription's expiration date. No day already paid for is lost.
Upgrade to a higher plan

Payments and Billing
Payment methods accepted

Merchant name on your bank statement

Renewal
All Zenith TV subscriptions are at manual renewal. There are no automatic debits or tacit renewals. When your plan expires, you must make a new purchase if you wish to continue using the service.
Terms of Service
Minimum age

Interruptions and outages
Service interruptions may occur for various reasons, including:
- Scheduled maintenance — Maintenance operations may require a temporary service interruption. We strive to schedule them during off-peak hours and to inform our users in advance whenever possible.

Service effects
