Invalid credentials or unable to log in to ZenithTV (Windows or macOS)

If your username or password is rejected in the application, follow these steps in order to fix the problem:

1️⃣ Check your account

  • Please ensure your login details have been entered correctly, with no mistakes or extra spaces.
  • Check that your subscription is still active (the expiration date is visible in the email or your customer account)

2️⃣ Restart the application

Completely close the application, then relaunch it.

3️⃣ Restart your computer

A simple reboot can correct a temporary bug.

4️⃣ Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall software

Some antivirus programs or firewalls may block the application. Try temporarily disabling them to see if the connection works.

5️⃣ Reinstall the app

Uninstall and then re-download the ZenithTV app from our site and reinstall it.

6️⃣ Try our VPN
