Freezing, black screens, or endless loading on ZenithTV (Windows & Mac) — here's what to do

💻 Problems connecting to the ZenithTV application (Windows or Mac version)? Here's what to do

⚠️ This guide is for users of the ZenithTV app on Windows computer or Mac.
If you use Android TV, Firestick, Google TV or a set-top box, please consult this guide here.

🧩 Step 1: Close the application completely

Close the application ZenithTV in its entirety (don't just reduce it), then run it again.

🔥 Step 2: Temporarily disable the firewall

Some firewalls may block content loading.
Temporarily disable the firewall on your PC or Mac, then relaunch the application.

➡️ If this solves the problem, add ZenithTV as an exception in your security settings.

🔌 Step 3: Restart the computer

Restart your PC or Mac completely. This will resolve many temporary bugs (memory conflicts, system crashes, etc.).

🚀 Step 4: Test your Internet connection

Use a speed test (e.g. : speedtest.net)
Make sure you have at least 30 Mbps for stable reading.

⏳ Step 5: Check account expiration and service status

  • From the application, open the User info to check the expiration date
  • Consult the ZenithTV service status here :

🎥 Step 6: Change video player

From the application, click on the profile button at the top right, then go to Parameters. Then go to ÂŤChange video playerÂť.

Select the section concerned by the connection problems:

  • 📺 Live TV
  • 🎬 Films
  • 📂 Series

In the relevant section :

  • If the drive Default is checked → select Video JS
  • If the drive Video JS is checked → select Default

Test the readers per test until you find the one that works best, then play it again.

🛡️ Step 7: Activate VPN

If the previous steps are not enough, activate a VPN to bypass network blocks related to your internet connection.
